Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks, and signing visitors and vendors in.
• Oversee the clinic and assist clients with euthanasia paperwork.
• Discuss payment choices with clients and process the Daily Estimate Report (Out Window CSR).
• Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing medical records, distributing daily mail, and purging charts in compliance with protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the hospital.
• Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff.
• May require mentoring or overseeing students from various educational programs.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working within a customer service environment.
• Must be computer literate with basic computer skills and the ability to navigate new software.
• Experience with EZVet is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well within a team.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
