Job Responsibilities
- Represent the practice with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude.
- Greet clients, patients, and visitors.
- Answer telephone, answer questions, promote practice services and products, make appointments, transfer calls, and take messages.
- Proficiently use computers, including those in the Microsoft Windows 365 environment.
- Prepare patient records, prepare invoices, maintain an organized and clean reception area, assist clients with animals, children, and packages.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Job Requirements/Skills
- Able to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
- Speaks in an articulate manner and with a pleasant telephone voice.
- Able to operate a multiline telephone.
- Able to operate computer systems and software in the Microsoft Windows 365 environment.
- Able to apply basic math skills.
- Able to use a copier, credit card processor.
- Familiarity with veterinary medical terminology and knowledge in EZYVET practice management software is a plus.
