Veterinary Client Services Representative

About the role

Do you love animals and people? Our busy 3 doctor General Practice veterinary hospital is looking for a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to become part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage records with accuracy
• Communicate clearly with clients about their pets’ needs, treatments, and follow-up care
• Support our veterinary team by coordinating client check-ins, payments, and documentation
• Keep our front desk organized and running smoothly

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in veterinary reception or CSR
• Able to communicate with empathy and confidence
• Compassion and patience—especially during stressful and emotional situations for clients and their pets
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Computer and office equipment proficiency

Pay

$20.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule

Full time position - 3-4 days per week/9-10 hour days
