About the role

VCA Roberts Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Supervisor to lead the Client Service Team. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Client Service Representative and be able to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Client Service Representatives to ensure clients have a positive experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a supportive and professional atmosphere.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high standards of service.
