Client Service Supervisor
About the role
BluePearl Pet Hospital in Queens, NY is currently seeking a Client Service Supervisor to support and elevate the Client Services team. The ideal candidate will lead the training and development of new associates, ensure efficient staffing, and serve as a key connection between clients, patients, and the care team.
Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and ensure completion of the initial training program for new Client Service associates.
Guide the Client Service Team Leader to schedule associates cost-effectively to meet client needs.
Communicate with client service associates, both individually and in groups, to ensure consistent understanding of new ideas, changes, and ongoing communication.
Coach associates to anticipate and address client services proactively and seek assistance for escalated situations.
Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings and plan for their execution.
Seek new ways to better serve clients through training opportunities, feedback, and input from various sources.
Meet personally with clients to discuss concerns and questions about services provided.
Requirements
Detail-oriented and compassionate personality.
Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine and client service protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a customer service or supervisory role.

Pay
$27.45 - $37.48 / hour + shift differentials. Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum. For example: Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = +$4.50/hr. Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = +$4.50/hr. Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = +$8.00/hr.
Schedule
Wednesday - Saturday, 8 AM - 6 PM.
