As a Client Service & Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide excellent service
• Closely follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities and close deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
