Responsibilities

• Contribute to providing competent and compassionate health care for pets and a warm memorable experience for their human families.
• Understand the importance of exceptional client service and patient advocacy, and how it relates to choosing the best preventive and urgent care for pets.
• Show a positive attitude, work efficiently under pressure, and be passionate about learning and growing in our practice, as well as their career.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One-year related experience with veterinary client service.
