Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests and students in a courteous, professional manner during night shifts
- Field incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries about our programs and services
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointments
- Promptly address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth evening operations
- Complete administrative duties as assigned to support the guest experience

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Experience in customer service or guest relations is desired
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service
- Availability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as required

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
