Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and students in a courteous, professional manner during night shifts
• Field incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries about our programs and services
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointments
• Promptly address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth evening operations
• Complete administrative duties as assigned to support the guest experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Experience in customer service or guest relations is desired
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service
• Availability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as required

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
