Job Overview
Atlantic Group is hiring a Wealth Management Client Service Manager in Boston, MA for their client's high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investor support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and help ensure exceptional service delivery across client relationships.
- Manage, mentor, and develop client service professionals while overseeing workflow management, performance reviews, and team development initiatives.
- Review client transactions, account activity, documentation, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Support complex client accounts and coordinate service-related activities to help meet client needs and business objectives.
- Evaluate and enhance operational workflows, service procedures, and internal processes to improve efficiency and the overall client experience.
- Partner with internal teams to support client needs, resolve issues, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in client service, investment operations, wealth management, asset management, or related financial services roles is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting client relationships and investment-related operations within a wealth management, investment advisory, asset management, or financial services environment is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and investment or client reporting systems is required.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship management skills with exceptional attention to detail are required.
Pay
$115,000 – $160,000/year + bonus
