Client Service Manager - Business Insurance

As a Client Service Manager on the Business Insurance team, you’ll work closely with the service team, sales team, and MN/WI BI leadership team to achieve best practice targets in the areas of revenue growth, operations efficiency, legal/compliance, as well as project leadership. This position will partner with MN/WI BI leadership to execute department objectives in alignment with overall business strategies and objectives. This position will also assist all Business Insurance department managers with the development and auditing of processes & procedures. Assist with onboarding/training of new and existing colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the service team, sales team, and MN/WI BI leadership team to achieve best practice targets in the areas of revenue growth, operations efficiency, legal/compliance, as well as project leadership.
- Partner with MN/WI BI leadership to execute department objectives in alignment with overall business strategies and objectives.
- Aid in the development and auditing of processes & procedures for all Business Insurance department managers.
- Aid in onboarding/training of new and existing colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7 years’ insurance experience, including knowledge of business insurance lines for sales, service, or underwriting perspective required.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (public speaking required).
- Previous team management experience preferred.

- Previous success and experience in managing change in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and peers.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
