  • Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
  • Manage commercial accounts, including negotiating new and renewal policies with carriers, preparing presentation and proposal materials, responding to policy inquiries, and verifying policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide customers with insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date customer records in our agency management system.
  • Identify and follow through on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with colleagues.
  • Ensure effective and efficient customer service alongside your designated sales and service team.
  • Follow organization policies, procedures, sales and service standards, and established workflows.
  • Maintain quality control through proper file documentation and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support—you’re a client service advocate.
  • Strong business and interpersonal skills; you enjoy working with people, even on challenging days.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and completeness in all interactions.
  • Eagerness to learn and pursue professional development.
  • Adaptability to industry changes and evolving client needs.
  • Alignment with our core values: accountability, balance, excellence, integrity, respect, and humanity.

We encourage candidates who may not check every box to apply if they closely match these requirements.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package, including base pay determined by experience, skills, location, certifications, and education (salary range: $49,000–$91,300/year).
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentives and annual profit sharing.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including paid paternity/maternity leave, medical leave, 401K savings, and wellbeing programs.
