About the role

The Job Marsh McLennan Agency’s Business Insurance team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to manage and enhance client relationships. This role involves handling customer service requests, negotiating policies, analyzing insurance coverage, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and carriers to handle incoming service requests.
  • Manage commercial accounts by negotiating new and renewal policies with carriers, preparing presentations, and responding to policy inquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
  • Update customer information in the agency management system to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Ensure effective and efficient customer service delivery.
  • Follow organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards, and established workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality and contribute to a positive team environment.
