About the role

The Client Manager, Business Insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) assists clients with service and risk management needs. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, resolving billing issues, making policy changes, responding to clients professionally, assisting with renewals, and quoting for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide best-in-class service
• Resolve billing issues and make policy changes
• Respond to clients in a timely and professional manner
• Aid in renewals and remarketing/quoting for clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Insurance
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or equivalent knowledge
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations
• Experience using EPIC
