Responsibilities
- Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers
- Negotiate new and renewal policies with carriers, prepare presentation materials, respond to policy inquiries, and verify policy accuracy
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations
- Update customer information in the agency management system
- Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure effective and efficient customer service
