Client Service Associate - Fiduciary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Process transactions and provide financial advice as needed.
• Manage client accounts and ensure accuracy in account information.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on new products and services offered by PNC.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
