Client Services Associate (Contract - 6 Months | Potential to Extend/Convert) 💲 Pay Rate: $19-$23/hour We are currently seeking a Client Services Associate to support customer and vendor operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with order fulfillment, client support, and operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agenciesPerform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordingsSupport order fulfillment and resolve customer/vendor issues efficientlyExplain service offerings, processes, and delivery options to internal/external stakeholdersMake timely, informed decisions to meet client expectationsIdentify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiencyRecommend and help implement process improvementsAssist with training customers, vendors, and team members on systems and requirements Qualifications: Associate’s degree OR 1+ year of customer service / administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry proficiencyExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesExperience with UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, or commercial banking is a plus Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbsWillingness to work overtime as needed By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
