Position Overview
Smoker Wealth Management, LLC is seeking a Client Service Associate to serve as a key client contact while providing administrative, operational, and compliance support to Financial Advisors.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional business correspondence
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to learn new technology, adapt to changing processes, and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, accounting, or a related business environment
- Familiarity with investment terminology, CRM systems such as Redtail, document imaging, or electronic records management
- Industry registration or securities licenses such as SIE, Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent
- Prior experience supporting advisors, financial professionals, or client service teams
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary client contact, providing prompt, professional, and courteous service
- Build strong client relationships and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically
- Aid Financial Advisors with daily administrative, scheduling, and operational activities
- Prepare reports, forms, paperwork, and documentation for meetings, reviews, and account activity
- Process account openings, transfers, asset movements, deposits, and other transactions
- Manage workflows to ensure timely completion of client requests and service needs
- Maintain accurate client records in Redtail CRM, imaging systems, compliance logs, and related records
- Ensure documentation and transactions follow company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of client information
- Support compliance initiatives and administrative requirements as directed
- Prepare client mailings, communications, and marketing materials in accordance with compliance guidelines
- Assist with client appreciation events, educational seminars, and marketing initiatives
- Support office operations, administrative functions, and process improvement efforts
- Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned
