Responsibilities

• Serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests, providing timely and professional support
• Supporting advisors and leadership in maintaining and enhancing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and key external partners
• Coodinating executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and special events
• Opening and maintaining investment accounts while ensuring complete and accurate documentation
• Processing account transfers, wires, money movements, and other operational requests
• Assisting with alternative investment administration, including subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and redemptions
• Preparing meeting materials, client presentations, reporting packages, and follow-up documentation
• Partnership with compliance and operations teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and firm requirements
• Supporting firm-wide initiatives, operational enhancements, and special projects
