Responsibilities
- Actively engage with clients
- Confirm appointments
- Follow up with past and potential clients
- Distribute marketing materials
- Keep clients engaged during wait times
- Be the friendly face for all who visit the offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer‑focused role
Pay
Compensation: $12.00 per hour, plus a competitive bonus package.
