Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with clients
• Confirm appointments
• Follow up with past and potential clients
• Distribute marketing materials
• Keep clients engaged during wait times
• Serve as the friendly face for visitors, ensuring exceptional client experiences and providing essential support

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
• PTIN certification (or willingness to obtain)
