Responsibilities

• Engage with clients
• Confirm appointments
• Follow up with past and potential clients
• Distribute marketing materials
• Keep clients engaged during wait times
• Ensure exceptional client experiences and provide essential support as the friendly face of the office

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment (preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience (preferred, but not required)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer‑focused role
• Ability to thrive in a welcoming, customer‑service‑oriented environment
• Enjoy building strong relationships with clients

Pay

$12.00 per hour base pay plus a competitive bonus package.
