Responsibilities
- Actively engage with clients
- Confirm appointments
- Follow up with past and potential clients
- Distribute marketing materials
- Keep clients engaged during wait times
- Ensure exceptional client experiences and provide essential support
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
- Prior customer service or sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a customer‑focused role
- PTIN certification
Pay
$12.00 per hour plus a competitive bonus package.
