Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients.
- Balance the workload of your own book of business while helping support the larger and more complex accounts of the client service team.
- Work independently and on a team.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues, and clients.
- Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (a plus).
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months).
Skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
