Requirements

• Organized and detail-oriented with follow-up discipline
• Comfortable with client calls, meetings, and reporting
• Strong command over spoken and written English
• Familiarity with CRM systems and client tracking tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in client servicing or relationship management
• Experience in the immigration, education, or service industry is a plus
