Description
GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to support and strengthen partnerships with our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, KPIs, and service delivery.
- Partner with internal operations teams to ensure services are delivered effectively and according to client expectations.
- Help address operational challenges and coordinate solutions with delivery teams.
- Support communication between clients and internal departments including operations, sales, and leadership.
- Monitor service performance metrics and client KPIs.
- Prepare and present client reports, performance updates, and operational insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and client outcomes.
- Support sales and leadership teams in renewal discussions and account growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) or healthcare services.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle market, including billing, coding, claims management, or AR operations.
- Experience working directly with healthcare clients or provider organizations.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an RCM outsourcing, healthcare BPO, or consulting organization.
- Familiarity with healthcare performance metrics and operational reporting.
- CRCR Credentialing.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
