Responsibilities

  • Support daily client requests and own action items to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Build relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Engage clients in ECI events, surveys, and feedback initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Familiarize yourself with ECI products, services, and technologies.
  • Track and mitigate client risks.
  • Conduct and support introductory Business Reviews.
  • Manage and track outstanding tasks and client action items.
  • Aid in the preparation of presentations and documentation for meetings.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of industry experience.
  • Basic understanding of CRM processes and client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and reporting platforms.
  • Introductory knowledge of ECI solutions and industry trends.
  • Good time management skills, meeting most deadlines with occasional reminders.
  • Effective communication skills, responding to requests in a timely manner when prompted.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, building rapport, and establishing trust.
  • Public speaking fundamentals, documentation accuracy, and engagement techniques.
  • Ability to interpret basic data and identify risks.
  • Proactive in resolving client requests with guidance.
  • Capable of escalating concerns appropriately and following through on tasks.

Pay

Annual salary range: $100,000 (DOE & location), plus variable with flexible PTO, health benefits, life insurance, pet insurance, 401K, and more.

Schedule

Ability to work independently with moderate supervision, under a moderate noise level, and to travel for business and work beyond normal hours when necessary.
