Client Relationship Manager
About the role
At TIAA, Wealth Client Relationship Managers partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and support financial planning. The role involves operational leadership of advisory teams, managing client portfolios, and implementing financial plan recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients.
- Manage a book of assigned clients, coordinating asset consolidation and implementing financial plan recommendations.
- Communicate clearly and build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Manage time and resources to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
- Support advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions.
Requirements
- University degree preferred.
- 2+ years of work experience, 3+ years preferred.
- Obtain necessary FINRA registrations within 120 days of start date.
Qualifications
- Life and Health Insurance License (responsible state).
- Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66 licenses.

- Competitive base pay range: $71,300/yr - $80,500/yr.
