• High school diploma or some college
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Aptitude for learning new software
• 2+ years in an administrative role
• Experience supporting external clients and working with vendors
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors while managing communications via phone, email, and fax
• Handle daily tasks such as updating client information, processing invoices and payments, and filing documents digitally
• Manage monthly and quarterly fuel tax processing, prepare USDOT updates, and ensure compliance
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues, following up on various processes and responses
• Engage in continuous learning and training
