Client Relations Assistant
About the role
Gradient is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team. In this essential role, you’ll help jump-start our processes and ensure the day-to-day operations run smoothly, making a direct impact on our ability to serve clients with excellence.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal teams, partners, and vendors while managing communications via phone, email, and fax.
- Handle daily tasks such as updating client information, processing invoices and payments, and filing documents digitally.
- Manage monthly and quarterly fuel tax processing, prepare USDOT updates, and ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, following up on various processes and responses.
- Engage in continuous learning and training.

- You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You have an aptitude for learning new software.
- You have 2+ years in an administrative role.
- You have experience supporting external clients and working with vendors.

Schedule
Monday-Friday; 8 am - 5 pm
