About the role
Join T-Mobile as a Client Partner in Enterprise Sales and help redefine how businesses purchase wireless services. You’ll craft tailored sales strategies for Enterprise clients, build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (including C-level executives), and close high-value deals. This role focuses on generating new sales opportunities within an assigned account base—both existing clients and new logos—while positioning T-Mobile’s 5G capabilities to align with client business goals.
Responsibilities
- Target and win enterprise clients not yet working with T-Mobile, using creativity and persistence to land high-value deals.
- Develop and implement enterprise account strategies, balancing new acquisition with expansion opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Build trust with C-suite and senior decision-makers, positioning yourself as a consultative partner aligned with their business priorities.
- Translate T-Mobile’s technology capabilities into tailored solutions that solve client challenges and accelerate their goals.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and close large, high-value enterprise deals.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and clear reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years of equivalent professional work experience (Required).
- 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven history of driving new customer acquisition and closing high-value deals (Preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in technology, software, or telecom solution sales at the enterprise level (Preferred).
- 5+ years selling to large enterprise clients (3,000+ employees), with success in influencing decision-makers at all levels (Preferred).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- At least 18 years of age.

Pay
Total Target Cash Pay Range: $169,500 – $305,800 (includes target incentives). Base Pay Range: $101,700 – $183,480. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. Eligible employees in Retail and Business Sales roles may receive monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
Schedule
This role follows a hybrid work model, based in Tampa, Orlando, or Jacksonville, FL, with in-office time designed for collaboration, connection, and training. Travel is required.
