Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan specifically tailored to the evolving needs of Palo Alto Networks.
- Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with C-suite executives, departmental VPs, and key stakeholders within the client organization.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from identifying new opportunities within the account to closing complex service contracts and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, product, and engineering teams to ensure our solutions exceed client expectations and KPIs.
- Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends and Palo Alto Networks' specific product roadmap to proactively suggest innovative partnership opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Account Management, Client Partnering, or Sales, with a proven track record of managing "Big Tech" or enterprise-grade accounts.
- Prior experience serving or working closely with Palo Alto Networks is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud Infrastructure managed services.
- Location: Must be based in the San Jose/Bay Area to facilitate frequent on-site presence and high-touch engagement.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical executive audiences.
Performance Indicators
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth within the account.
- Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Successful expansion into new business units within the client organization.
