About the role
The Enterprise Account Executive will play a key role in shaping the enterprise go-to-market strategy for a cutting-edge AI healthcare startup. This role involves selling a product with clear ROI and strong market demand.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals
- Manage and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and health systems
- Present the value proposition of the company's mission-critical software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise tech sales experience
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales
- Experience working with healthcare organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Passion for using technology to drive positive change in healthcare
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

$150K Base (OTE ~$300K) + Competitive Equity
