Client Order Coordinator

About the role

If you've worked in retail, hospitality, or restaurant industries, you know what it takes to keep customers happy. Those skills transfer directly to CSC's professional business-to-business environment as a Client Order Coordinator—with the added benefit of no nights, weekends, or holidays. You'll work directly with Client Service Representatives and vendors across the country, researching and processing legal documents and conducting online research. Our Client Order Coordinators are empowered to solve customer inquiries and problems quickly and professionally. Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing legal documents
• Completing data entry of customer information
• Fulfilling customer orders with various jurisdictions
• Sending accurate results to customers in a timely manner
• Problem solving issues related to customers and documentation
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Electronic filing and retrieval of documents

• Ability to navigate quickly across multiple systems
• Strong computer skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Transactional or administrative experience (reviewing and evaluating documents)
• Business-to-business customer service experience
• Legal compliance experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay

$40,000–45,000

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, on-site in Springfield, IL
