About the role

The Client Manager on the Business Insurance team assists clients with service and risk management needs, manages relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers, and provides best-in-class service to drive growth.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Insurance
  • Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
  • Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience using Sagitta, EPIC, CSR24, ImageRight and Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior experience working with Trucking clients
  • Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or equivalent knowledge and ability

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Knowledge of Business Insurance coverages

Pay

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Schedule

This role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office.
