Client Health Strategies Consultant - US Remote

Primary Responsibilities

• Manages custom site requests and larger site maintenance needs for the Virtual Education Center (VEC).
• Maintains and updates the Virtual Information Center (VIC) on behalf of clients.
• Affords monthly wellness communications and marketing strategies directly to clients and members in collaboration with the internal marketing team and external vendors.
• Coordinates and conducts in-person events for group MA wellness programs, including the acquisition and delivery of program collateral.
• Collaborates with internal business partners to enhance wellness program deployment with existing member benefits and resources.
• Develops custom client reports, including the creation of wellness program dashboards, standard reporting, and ad hoc reporting.
• Shares the voice of the customer with internal business partners to identify potential programming options.
• Aids in vendor identification, outreach, and onboarding of new vendors.
• Ensures fulfillment of client expectations and contract requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• 1+ years of experience in health and wellness program development and/or instruction; wellness certification(s).
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing strategies.
• 6+ months of experience in working with various social media platforms.
• Effective interpersonal skills, influence, collaboration, and listening skills in understanding customer needs.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills.
• Solid presentation skills.
• Ability to develop custom campaigns/programs and oversee development of materials.
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Health Coach, Health Fitness Instructor, Wellness or relevant Certification.

Pay and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
