Remote Client Consultant

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of remote work, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow an entrepreneurial client base as an extension of GFI-Team Ikigai. The position begins part time with potential to transition to full time for the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document client financial transactions accurately, following established standards and procedures.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve transaction issues, and provide clear guidance on relevant products and services.
• Proactively build and grow your client base through outreach, relationship management, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with team members via Zoom and other online tools to maintain accurate records and consistent service levels.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes, client experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Clear, empathetic communication skills in both written and verbal interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Comfort with financial concepts, accounting principles, or transactional processes, with strong attention to detail.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building and managing long-term client relationships.
• Proven problem-solving ability, especially in customer service, sales, finance, or accounting environments.
