Clinical Solutions Consultant (Remote)
About the role
The Clinical Solutions Consultant is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who partners with individuals with complex communication needs, care partners, speech-language pathologists (SLPs), and referral sources throughout the speech-generating device (SGD) evaluation and acquisition process. This role combines clinical expertise with consultative selling to guide customers through their AAC journey, facilitate successful evaluations and documentation, and support positive customer outcomes while contributing to organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Partners with customers, care partners, SLPs, and referral sources throughout the AAC evaluation and acquisition process.
- Conducts clinical consultations to assess communication needs and recommend appropriate AAC solutions.
- Applies consultative sales techniques to guide customer decision-making and advance opportunities through the customer journey.
- Collaborates with SLPs to facilitate completion of evaluations, device recommendations, and required clinical documentation.
- Collects, reviews, and manages required paperwork to support timely progression through the acquisition process.
- Builds and maintains strong professional relationships that support customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintains accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and resolve barriers impacting customer success.
- Represents Lingraphica through professional engagement, educational opportunities, conferences, and other customer-facing events as needed.
- Mets established performance expectations related to customer engagement, pipeline progression, documentation quality, and business outcomes.
- Participates in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Current Speech-Language Pathologist license, 3+ years of experience working with adults with complex communication needs, Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and internal partners, Strong clinical reasoning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) is required up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings with possible additional travel (approximately 2–3 times annually) for conferences and events as needed.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting AAC evaluations and speech-generating device implementation, Experience in consultative sales, customer engagement, or healthcare technology, Familiarity with insurance documentation and reimbursement processes, Experience working with remote customer engagement and virtual consultation platforms, Experience utilizing CRM or similar customer management systems, Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Work is performed remotely from a home office. The individual is expected to maintain a safe, productive workspace with reliable and secure internet access. This role requires the ability to operate a computer, communicate verbally, and participate in virtual meetings with or without reasonable accommodation.

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency: At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The full salary range for this position is $70,600 (minimum) to $90,400 (maximum) per year. A $3,000 bilingual differential is provided when applicable. Placement in the range is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
