WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a high-performing Client Experience & Sales Specialist to drive bookings, memberships, retail sales, and client retention in our upscale salon. This is a revenue-generating sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, converting inquiries into loyal clients, and being rewarded for performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver a polished, high-touch guest experience from check-in to checkout
  • Respond to leads quickly and confidently via phone, text, and online inquiries
  • Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term clients
  • Proactively fill open appointment slots and maintain a fully booked schedule
  • Consistently sell memberships, packages, and retail products
  • Build relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven sales experience (salon, spa, medspa, fitness, or retail)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-end or luxury service environment
  • Confident, outgoing communicator who can build rapport and close
  • Comfortable on the phone—able to convert, not just answer
  • Goal-driven mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm, polished, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Tech-savvy with booking systems and POS platforms
  • Availability on Saturdays is required
