Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints, propose appropriate solutions within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Enter and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and comprehension.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a related industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SAP. Background in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Training or certification in sales techniques or customer service excellence.
