About the role

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Client Experience Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for clients and the office, triaging needs and managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and triage the needs of clients and the office
• Field current and prospective client calls
• Proposal production and contract initiation
• Process employee time sheets
• Maintain various databases and spreadsheets
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files
• Complete onboarding process with new hires

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Minimum two-years of experience in office processes and office administration procedures
• Outstanding telephone and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Expert organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in Landscape and Construction office environment (preferred)
• Prior working experience with CRM and SAP systems (preferred)

Typing speed and cognitive test may be done before offer is made.

Pay

$25-$30 per hour (based on experience)
