Responsibilities

  • Keep our team’s Goal Board and Trello cards up-to-date
  • Prep listing binders and handle post-close follow-up
  • Send thank-you cards, coffee cards, and client gifts
  • Track and prep home anniversary pop-bys and monthly recognition lists
  • Manage online reviews and respond professionally
  • Keep our Preferred Vendor List current
  • Organize end-of-year closing statements
  • Deliver escrow treats and handle light client errands
  • Keep supplies stocked and the office looking sharp
  • Print flyers, presentations, invites, and marketing pieces
  • Pick up print orders and run quick office errands as needed
  • Support admin/marketing projects as they come up
  • Ensure commission checks are accurate and on time
  • Send birthday and special occasion cards
  • Auxiliary with marketing drops, prep, and delivery coordination
  • Ensure every touchpoint stays consistent with our brand

Qualifications

  • Laser-sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Friendly, professional communication (written + verbal)
  • Confidence using Trello, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Positive, team-first energy
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation for errands and deliveries
