Client Executive VEC-VCG Channel Management

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Client Executive to approximately three to four hundred multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities in the 5G Home footprint.
- Accountable for sales results and mitigating disconnects in your assigned module.
- Analyze data and strategically plan marketing activities to drive sales.
- Cover Grand Rapids and Lansing, MI.
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule (shifts) including evenings and weekends based on the needs of the business.
- Physical requirements of the job may include but are not limited to lifting and carrying objects weighing up to approximately 30 pounds.
- Occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Energetic and flexible, with the ability to work well on a team as well as independently.
- Problem-solving skills, including gathering information, understanding the facts of a situation, and addressing customer concerns.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in wireless sales and ability to motivate others to sell.
- Experience in systems, including Optix, AMDB, BDMS, OBIEE and VZAI.
- Knowledge of the multi-dwelling housing industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
