Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Client Executive to approximately three to four hundred multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities in the Fios and 5G Home footprint.
  • Accountable for sales results and mitigating disconnects in your assigned module.
  • Analyze data and strategically plan marketing activities to drive sales.
  • Cover the Manhattan, NY territory.
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule (shifts) including evenings and weekends based on the needs of the business.
  • Physical requirements of the job may include but are not limited to lifting and carrying objects weighing up to approximately 30 pounds.
  • Occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • Energetic and flexible, with the ability to work well on a team as well as independently.
  • Problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather information, understand the facts of a situation, and address customer concerns.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in Fios and wireless sales and ability to motivate others to sell.
  • Knowledge of the multi-dwelling housing industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Pay

The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $76,500.00 - $133,000.00.
