About the role

As part of this team, you will play a critical role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected. You will serve as a Client Executive to approximately three to four hundred multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities in the 5G Home footprint. This position covers Salt Lake City, South Salt Lake City, Murray, Millcreek, Sugarhouse, North Salt Lake, Bountiful, Ogden, Riverdale, Clearfield, Logan, Brigham City, Park City, Toelle, West Valley, Clinton, Centerville, UT and surrounding areas. Employees must reside no more than 50 miles from their assigned sales territory or module.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for sales results and mitigating disconnects in your assigned module.
  • Analyze data and strategically plan marketing activities to drive sales.
  • Coordinate events with property professionals and our vendors.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property staff.
  • Oversee two-to-three vendor sales agents.
  • Create marketing plans to increase sales.
  • Pull sales data from Verizon systems.
  • Update documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
  • Transport and set up Verizon marketing materials for events (may include lifting and carrying objects weighing up to approximately 30 pounds).
  • Work in the field at MDUs four days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Willingness to work a rotating schedule (shifts) including evenings and weekends based on the needs of the business.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 75% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • A degree.
  • Experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in wireless sales and ability to motivate others to sell.
  • Experience in systems, including Optix, AMDB, BDMS, OBIEE, and VZAI.
  • Knowledge of the multi-dwelling housing industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
