Client Executive VEC-VCG Channel Management

You will play a critical role in our network transformation through building a unified network across all lines of business and maintaining the technology that keeps millions of our customers connected.
As a Client Executive, you will serve approximately 300–400 multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities in the 5G Home footprint. You will be accountable for sales results and mitigating disconnects in your assigned module, analyzing data, and strategically planning marketing activities to drive sales. You will coordinate events with property professionals and vendors, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations, build and maintain relationships with property staff, oversee two-to-three vendor sales agents, create marketing plans, pull sales data from Verizon systems, and update documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
This position covers the Greater Portland and SW Washington territory, including Portland, Clackamas, Oregon City, Gresham, Fairview, Troutdale, Happy Valley, Vancouver, Ridgefield, and surrounding areas. The selected candidate must reside in the Portland metropolitan area within 50 miles of their assigned sales territory.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Client Executive for 300–400 MDU communities in the 5G Home footprint

- Analyze data and strategically plan marketing activities to drive sales
- Coordinate events with property professionals and vendors
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations
- Build and maintain relationships with property staff
- Oversee two-to-three vendor sales agents
- Create marketing plans to increase sales
- Pull sales data from Verizon systems (e.g., Optix, AMDB, BDMS, OBIEE, VZAI)
- Update documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
- Transport and set up Verizon marketing materials for events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience (work or military)
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job (e.g., lifting up to 30 pounds, fieldwork at MDUs four days per week)
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
- Valid driver’s license
- Reside in the Portland metropolitan area within 50 miles of the assigned sales territory

- Flexible, dependable, and works well independently or on a team
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in wireless sales and motivating others to sell
- Knowledge of the multi-dwelling housing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay
Salary varies by location and confirmed job-related skills/experience. This is an incentive-based position with potential to earn more. For part-time roles, compensation is adjusted to reflect hours worked.
Schedule
- 40 scheduled weekly hours
- Rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Primarily mobile role, working from customer/field locations with occasional visits to Verizon offices for training/meetings
