Client Executive 3 (Single Client)
Sodexo’s Healthcare segment seeks a Client Executive to lead client partnerships across Environmental Services and Food & Nutrition Services in the Western U.S. Ideal candidates will reside in Northern California, Los Angeles, or the Central Valley. This role supports the Western U.S. and requires regional travel throughout California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon.

This individual-contributor role focuses on completing specialized technical tasks and projects to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently but may involve collaboration with a team. The position provides strategic vision and direction, leading a business function or major geography, and holds management accountability for a division or corporate sub-function.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of management experience.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect big-picture goals to actionable plans.
- Proven leadership in complex environments, with a focus on talent development and performance management.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement using data and structured problem-solving.

Pay
Pay range: $171,870 – $222,420 per year. Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
