Client Executive 2 (Single Client)

Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 2 (Single Client) to lead food service operations across Hackensack Meridian Health in Central and North New Jersey. Based in Edison, Hackensack Meridian Health is New Jersey's largest integrated health network, encompassing academic medical centers, acute care hospitals, and research facilities dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

About the role

Take the lead in delivering consistent operational excellence, fostering strong client partnerships, and driving long-term business growth across a single or multi-client portfolio. In this strategic role, you’ll serve as the face of the partnership, ensuring high performance, innovation, and accountability at every level while championing safety, talent development, and sustainable results.

The role focuses on completing specific tasks and projects as an individual contributor, contributing directly through skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently but may collaborate with a team. Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources; typically responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate within the organization. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of management experience
• 7 years of related experience

Pay

Pay Range: $155,000 per year - $175,000 per year. Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
