Client Executive 1 (Single Client)
Centrally based in the vibrant Charlotte, NC market, this role oversees operations across 8 Atrium Health System locations, leading a business portfolio of 8 accounts while ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and consistency.

Step into a key leadership role where you'll oversee strategic partnerships, ensure contract performance, and champion consistent, high-quality service delivery across a complex portfolio. Accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources; typically responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of management experience
- 5 years of related experience
- Strategic leadership and business acumen to guide contract execution, uncover growth opportunities, and align operations with client and organizational goals
- Financial expertise with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and drive performance through smart decision-making and continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to build trust, navigate complex relationships, and inspire cross-functional collaboration
- Passion for people leadership, developing talent, fostering inclusion, and driving accountability to build resilient, high-performing teams

Pay
Pay range: $115,940 – $150,040 per year. Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
