About the Role
Step into a pivotal executive leadership role where you’ll oversee a high-impact portfolio and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You'll drive operational excellence, cultivate meaningful partnerships, and lead innovative strategies that fuel sustainable growth, safety, and service delivery at scale—all while empowering teams and creating measurable results.
This individual-contributor role focuses on completing specific tasks and projects, contributing directly through skills and expertise. You will perform specialized technical tasks to support operations, working primarily independently but collaborating with a team as needed. The position provides strategic vision and direction, leading an organization or its business function, overseeing a major geography or corporate sub-function, and holding management accountability for a business, division, or line of business.
You will develop, establish, and approve the long-term vision and strategy for the managed area, with goal achievement accomplished through direct and/or indirect reports. The scope of responsibility includes the entire organization and/or selected line of business or business entity.
Ideal candidates will reside in Arizona or Nevada, close to a major airport. This role requires regional travel throughout the area.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of management experience.
- 10 years of related experience.

Pay
Pay Range: $156,230 per year – $202,180 per year. Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.
