Client Engagement Manager

The Client Engagement Manager applies commercial operational services knowledge and project management processes to partner with Business Development and Deployment Solutions leads. This role increases operational efficiencies and provides project support from opportunity pursuit through hand-off to the Account Activation team. Essential Duties Utilize a systematic approach to inspect business opportunities, remove organizational barriers, and identify appropriate SMEs.Capture project requirements, scope, and success metrics.Manage post-win Salesforce documentation.Mobilize cross-functional teams to document project strategy, schedule, costs, and resource needs.Track project activities, risks, and issues to ensure progress against requirements.Resolve team dynamic issues and escalate mitigation recommendations.Schedule and lead status review meetings and formal project reviews.
